Consultant / Associate
Geraldine Prinsloo
G didn't just build a career — she built armour. Forged in the grit of the mining sector and sharpened in the boardroom, Geraldine Prinsloo brings a rare dual edge: the creative instincts of a marketing strategist fused with the no-excuses discipline of heavy industry.
As a Master of Ceremonies and keynote speaker at South Africa's most prestigious platforms, G doesn't just captivate rooms — she shifts them. A finalist at Mrs. United Nations South Africa and a Businesswoman of the Year nominee, her influence stretches from high-profile boardrooms to philanthropic stages, including fundraisers for FWC Hospice.
But it's what happened off the stage that defines her greatest authority. G has walked through substantial personal and professional setbacks and emerged not just intact — but unbreakable. Today, she equips leaders and organisations to turn adversity into fuel, and purpose into power.

Consultant / Associate
Jubeida Behardien
A proud resident of Atlantis on the West Coast for over 30 years, Adv. Behardien has dedicated her life to the pursuit of justice — not only as a legal professional, but as a committed member of the community she serves. She holds an LLB, a Diploma in Labour Relations Management, and a Certificate in Political Science.
Adv. Behardien specialises in Human Rights, Labour Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and the Law of Contract. She is deeply passionate about protecting the most vulnerable — women, children, and the LGBTQIA+ community — and has built a distinguished career representing employees at the CCMA and serving on the Western Cape Bargaining Chambers.
Driven by a personal conviction that justice must extend beyond the courtroom, she actively leads community outreach programs, food security initiatives, and legal education efforts focused on Domestic Violence and Gender-Based Violence — ensuring that those who need the law most are never left without a voice.
